During theoretical training, future bartenders are taught the fundamentals of nutrition, customer service, selection of food products, sales psychology, the fundamentals of the rules of professional ethics, etc.

Practical training is conducted in two stages. During the first stage, which is carried out in training institutions, basic skills are developed. During the second stage, which is conducted in companies, trainees consolidate and improve professional skills and develop new organisational skills. The duration of the practical training is 8 weeks.

The bartender training programme is designed for people who have reached 18 years of age.
