Description
A person who has obtained the qualification of barman must: be able to set a bar and tables, compose menus, cook simple dishes and prepare drinks, use bar equipment and products and fill in accountancy documents understand the hygiene requirements applicable to catering companies, customer service rules, location of various table ware, table set up types, table set up sequence and rules, principles of composing menus and pricelists, storage conditions and recipes for drinks - be capable of working reliably and thoroughly.
