Description

Object of activities: parts manufacturing by different metal-cutting machine tools, execution of technical tasks relating to the design, manufacture, assembly, operation, maintenance and repair of machinery, parts and mechanical equipment, coordination, supervision and performance monitoring of subordinate employees. Typical work tools: different universal and computer numerically controlled metal-cutting machine tools, equipment for inspection, measuring and testing of parts produced or processed, shop drawings, sketches of parts produced or processed, measures for personal safety, work clothes, work plans, graphs and technical documentation, computer. Typical working conditions: work is carried out in manufacturing and administrative premises. Additional information: metal-cutting machine tools operator in his work activities follows the requirements of Safety, Hygiene and Health Protection at Work, Fire safety and Environmental safety and documents regulating work activities. Individuals who have acquired this qualification can work in enterprises of manufacturing industry. Competences of qualification:
1. Read and draw detail production drawings.
2. Measure inaccuracies in manufactured and machined parts.
3. Prepare computer numerical control (CNC) machines for work.
4. Machining products with computer numerical control (CNC) lathes.
5. Process products with computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines.
6. Process products with multifunctional computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
7. Maintain computer numerical control (CNC) equipment.
8. Carry out fault diagnostic of equipment mechatronic systems.
9. Use simulation and simplified shaping programs of the machining process for the creation of machining programs.
10. Work with CAD / CAM tools, creating metal parts processing programs.
11. Form production tasks and process sequence.
12. Inspect material and workload calculations.
13. Control production and maintenance processes.
14. Carry out the measurement of the manufactured parts and select the necessary tools.
15. Analyze the production process.
16. Instruct new employees.
17. Process products with automated equipment.
18. Model simulation programs and production process. Competences of the specialization “Selection and execution of casting and / or plastic deformation production process with computer numerical control (CNC) equipment”:
1. Cast and plastically deform metal products.
2. Produce blanks, semi-finished products and parts with multifunctional machines.
3. Measure manufactured castings and machined hinges.
4. Determine the technological parameters of the equipment and cutting modes.
Competences of the specialization “Selection, organization and execution of parts production process with metal computer numerical control (CNC) non-machining equipment”:
1. Organize and perform works with non-mechanical metal processing equipment of blanks, semi-finished products and details.
2. Organize and produce blanks, semi-finished products and parts with multifunctional non-machining software control devices.
3. Determine the technological parameters of the equipment and cutting modes.
4. Optimize material costs and monitor material balances.
5. Control the quality of the process and cut parts.
6. Work with specialized CAD / CAM tools in creating part cutting programs.
