Description
Object of activities: maintenance and repair of automated manufacturing systems, maintenance of automation equipment and systems in the production plants, to control the status of devices. Typical work tools are: diagrams, technical and technological drawings, testing and measuring equipment, installation and measurement tools, pneumatic and/ or electrical tools, safety devices. Typical working conditions: the premises of manufacturing, storage; also work at height, near the working electrical equipment. Additional information: persons, who have obtained the qualification of Mechatronics technician, will be able to work in industrial plants using automatic equipment and systems, logic controllers. Competences of qualification:
1. Instruct the maintenance staff of automatic systems on safety and health issues, supervise the observance of safety requirements.
2. Coordinate workplace preparation according to technical documentation.
3. Select the tools and devices required for the assembly and maintenance of automatic production systems.
4. Organize the installation and maintenance of automatic production systems, coordinate it and lead a group of employees.
5. Ensure the quality, efficiency, rational use of materials and means, and environmental protection of the installation and maintenance of automatic production systems.
6. Ensure the quality of connection of installed automatic production system equipment elements.
7. Measure the electrical and non-electrical parameters of the installed production system with analog and digital devices and decide on corrections.
8. Organize tests of installed automatic production systems.
9. Develop control algorithms of automatic production system.
10. Prepare and program automatic control devices.
