Description
A person who has acquired the qualification of lawyer should: Be able to identify and evaluate legal norms regulating people’s behaviour, analyze and evaluate the behaviour and activities of a person and of social institutions from the point of view of legal norms, integrate various legal ideas and motivate decisions regarding regulation of legal conflicts.Know the legal acts of Lithuania, other EU countries and the world; know their validity in various countries and understand modern and classical law.Be able to think consistently and critically and identify problems of legal regulation.
