Summary of the Profile

Objective(s) of a study programme:
To get a qualification of Bachelor of Non-formal Education and non-formal education teacher who will acquire the professional, general and arts education competencies in artistic activities, capable of developing creative and responsible personality.
Learning outcomes:
To get knowledge about the world’s, European and Lithuanian history of no-formal education, innovations, theory and practice and will be able to apply them in addressing the challenging goals of non-formal education.
Will be able to simulate non-formal education (learning) process, by choosing children's and adults' motivation and self-expression corresponding technological, organizational and methodological tools.
Will be able to develop a non-formal art education in the creative activities of the participants and practical experience, citizenship, entrepreneurship, will help to reveal their professional careers.
Will be able to plan, organize, manage and evaluate the practical non-formal art educational activities, develop and implement art projects and educational programs.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with various cultural and social experience of the participants, creating a safe, learner's emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual development in a supportive environment.
Will be able to use information technology to collect and analyze data, conduct applied research in science, reflect and improve their professional and general competencies.
Activities of teaching and learning:
Lectures, seminars, counseling, discussions, case studies and situation analysis, educational games, group work, projects.
Methods of assessment of learning achievements:
Applies to the cumulative assessment of the system. Subjects / modules in the final form of assessment - an examination or project. Mid-term evaluation will be the subject of interim settlement (practicums, presentations).

Instrumental Music/ Dance and Theater/ Applied Art
Optional courses:
Singing Studio / Decorating Technologies, Physical Education / household behavior and culture event design / music and computer, and two items from the College list of elective subjects.
