Summary of the Profile
Future holders of a bachelor's degree in "Inovative Production Engineering" study general education, general theoretical basic engineering, social science and special education courses. In total 49 subjects are studied.
Professional training is organized in the form of manufacturing practice in two stages: 2 weeks of cognitive and 8-weeks of apprenticeship. Students get practice time with the company, its areas of activity, the company's quality management, organization of production, marketing.
Study programme ends with the final 12-week work. With final works selected topics relevant to the Lithuanian economy and the real practical challenges. After the defense, Production Engineering bachelor's degree is awarded. After the "Innovative Production Engineering" training programme, graduates may continue their studies of manufacturing engineering in other directions , Industrial Management master's programme as well.
