General Description:
Objective(s) of a study programme:
To prepare responsible, critically thinking, creative business specialists, acquainted with modern exponential technologies, able to create, manage and develop business in a global environment and develop consumer centered
innovative services/products.
Learning outcomes:
LO1. Understand economic and management concepts, principles and theories are able to apply them in business creation and business development decisions.
LO2. Understand the principles of exponential technologies, their impact on the
environment and society, and social responsibility of business when applying these technologies in business.
LO3. Are able to demonstrate understanding main innovation management challenges and management methods in organizational environment.
LO4. Understand financial planning instruments and business financing principles and stages, principles of preparation of financial reports and are able to apply this knowledge in practice
LO5. Understand the principles of establishment of business organizations and are able to apply this knowledge in practice
LO6. Are able to collect, analyse, and interpret data, necessary to develop customer oriented services and are able to solve other digital business challenges; are able to ethically use and distribute data adhering to the principals of data security and privacy.
LO7. Are able to identify customer needs and develop client –oriented services and products by integrating current and emerging technologies.
LO8. Are able to develop communication strategies and implement multimodal digital communication tools.
LO9. Are able to apply project management principles when developing and implementing continuous business plan and in the business environment.
LO10. Are able to identify their leadership style and apply leadership principles when solving business challenges in a tean and/or organization
LO11. Are able to understand and analyze tjeir own and other people emotional states and feelings, are able to understand work-life balance principles and apply this knowledge in practice.

multimodal communication tools and channels (written, oral, video, graphic).
LO14. Are able to analyze and systemize problems and apply critical and constructive thinking when making business decisions in challenging and uncertain situations

Activities of teaching and learning:
A „ flipped“ classroom method is applied in the teaching/learning process. Group discussion, brainstorming, brainstorming, tutorials, role-playing and simulations, report preparation and presentation, self-reflection reports, group projects, simulation game, situation modelling, individual tasks, case study, research and project work planning, service and process planning, product development plan
(Roadmap) using Design thinking ”, tasks in e-learning environment.
Methods of assessment of learning achievements:
Exams, tests, student knowledge and engagement during seminars, activity related to the analysis of topics, tasks, cases, situation assessments, peer project development and presentation assessments, team engagement assessments, self-
reflection reports and assessments of team members' work.
