Summary of the Profile

The aim of the programme is to prepare professional contemporary dance artists, who are able to create and perform roles in dance productions. The programme is created to offer competencies to perform different modern and contemporary dance techniques, elements of classical dance, to use movement as main tool of expression when improvising, to create and present a dance study, to create roles in dance productions, while at the same time creating an individual interpretation of a role, to strengthen the body forming positive behavioral habits. A qualification of contemporary dance artist is given after completing all contemporary dance artist modular vocational training programme and competences exam.
