Summary of the Profile
In theoretical classes, future junior dairy farmers are acquainted with breeding, feeding, and raising cattle, the basics of veterinary medicine, milking cows, primary milk processing, etc.
Practical training takes place in a milk laboratory, on a training farm, and on an actual farm. The duration of practical training is 2.85 weeks. Primary milk processing, raising cattle, and other skills are reinforced and improved during the practical training.
To enrol in the dairy farming training programme, a person must be at least 18 years of age.
