Future ecological farm workers take courses about ecology and environmental protection; tractors and agricultural machines; ecological agriculture: growing ecological plants, ecological stockbreeding, gardening, and preparation of land; health and work safety requirements; etc.
Field training is conducted in educational workshops, ecological farms and gardens, engineering laboratories, and agricultural companies. Field training lasts 44 weeks. It helps consolidate and improve skills such as preparing land and growing vegetables.
This training program for ecological farm workers is designed for people who have not completed basic education and are at least 16 years of age.
