Description

Object of activities: installation of sloping and flat roofs.
Typical work tools: personal protective equipment, roofing hand trimmers, fixing tools, mastic and glue preparation, lubrication tools and inventory, woodworking tools and other hand roofing installation tools.
Typical working conditions: working on open construction sites, in various weather conditions, at heights. Due to the specifics of the work, the employee is provided with special clothing.
Additional information: in its activities, the roofer follows the principles of occupational safety and health, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, fire safety, environmental protection and sustainable construction. The roofer works in a group. The following personal qualities are important to him: thoroughness, honesty, concentration, body coordination, physical endurance, ability to work in a team. The roofer performs the task independently. Supervision of its activities is limited to quality control of the performance of the task. The roofer is able to plan his activities according to the given tasks, with the help of a highly qualified person, adapt to a variety of activities, materials and tools, perform various activities and operations, applying known and tested solutions, using drawings, specifications, technological knowledge and verbal information.
