A person acquired a teacher's qualification has to be able to: - analize and meet child's needs in educational process, distinguish specific child's developmental peculiarities in the process of education; - create conditions for the child to intercept general human values, cognize the pecularities of child's developmnet, child's psychology in educational process, educational methods, methodology, content, the principles of educational process, planning; - work responsibly and attentively, express his / her thoughts coherently, communicate and cooperate with children's parents and relatives, work in teams, solve problems, have a clear vision of pedagogue's work.
