Description

Typical working conditions: individual work and teamwork, environment suitable for mentoring, guided counseling and supervision. Work in classrooms, virtual and non-formal education spaces, libraries, museums, etc.
Additional information: adult educator carries out his / her activities independently, chooses the ways of performing the tasks, organizes the work of the relevant specialists for the accomplished tasks. Adult educator is able to plan activities according to intended goals, analyze and record his / her performance and report to coordinators, adjust performance according to performance analysis and other specialist recommendations and carry out various project activities, self-develop and expand existing professional knowledge and self-assessment self-study activities as required by changes in professional activities. Information and communication technologies and interactive methods are used in solving the tasks of different fields of andragogical activity, therefore, in practice, a wide theoretical knowledge based on the results of new fundamental and applied research is required. Qualified individuals will be able to carry out adult continuing education and training activities on their own, and to train and counsel other adult educators.
