Description
A person who has acquired a bachelor’s degree in management and business administration should: - Be able to use theoretical and practical knowledge of management, responsibly select administrative staff, draft projects, and continuously evaluate his/her learning. - Know the basics of management; ways, methods and tools of management; ways and tools of solving problems; possibilities for enhancing the qualification of employees and of oneself as a manager; and methods and means of selecting administrative staff and other employees. - Be able to communicate with colleagues, clients and employees sincerely and effectively and identify with others.
