Summary of the Profile
Objective(s) of the study programme:
To prepare highly qualified specialists of the management of organizations who understand the intelligent, creative, and harmonious society's values and laws that contribute to the innovative economic development having a broad, multidisciplinary, integral critical scientific and practical thinking which allows creation and implementation of new ideas. It provides added value in the process of managing diverse teams, business projects, companies and organizations, which are operating operating under uncertain, vague and difficult to predict conditions in the global economy.
Learning outcomes:
Students must:
1. Acquire the latest scientific knowledge in the field of management of organizations, be able to understand and analyze organizational innovation processes.
2. Identify current and future opportunities in different situations on the basis of available information, make strategic decisions and formulate goals and plans.
3. Be able to use modern methodologies by implementing the organizational innovation process and understand the features of the management of organizations, choose the appropriate management models and methods.
4. Be able to investigate scientifically and model the organization's competencies and knowledge dissemination.
5. Be able to apply innovative methods of the management of organizations.
6. Analyze scientifically and evaluate the importance of the environmental factors in a person's work performance and create the conditions for the achievement of the organization's objectives.
7. Recognize and empower employees to realize the available potential.
8. Be able to develop and use the communication management systems and social media, apply the methods of effective communication, resolve conflicts, implement social responsibility and community values.
9. Acquire and apply the scientific, analytical and critical thinking skills that allow learning independently and continuing their doctoral degree studies.
Methods of assessment of learning outcomes:
Cumulative assessment is applied. It consists of intermediate assignments (colloquia, practical work, individual and team assignments and their presentation, research work, etc.) and evaluation of students' performance at written or oral examination.

Distinctive features of the study programme:
The aim is integral study process results, which would bring together students general and specific knowledge, common sense understanding and practical application skills, including ability to make decisions, communicate and learn. The study programe distinguishes not only in terms of scientific knowledge, new creativity, innovation, social responsibility, globalization and sustainable development concepts, but also by emphasizing the horizontal, all subjects pervasive entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation skills, special organizations new management ideas, projects, products, and service development and implementation, business development, innovation management and commercialization process management skills, general multi-disciplinary analytical, critical thinking, continuous self-learning, adaptive, multi-cultural communication skills.
