Modular confectioner training curriculum is designed to prepare qualified confectioner who is able to work independently in various catering enterprises, bakeries, confectionaries. This programme is intended for continuing vocational education and training. The programme consists of 5 compulsory modules: Workplace preparation; Making non-yeast dough confectionary products; Making yeast dough confectionary products; Production of semi-finished confectionery and decorative elements; Making creamy confectionery. During the evaluation of person‘s qualification, the graduate will have to prepare ingredients, make a confectionary product and decorate it. Persons who acquired confectioner‘s qualification will be able to work in bakery, confectionary, catering enterprise, also to continue their studies by completing higher education study programmes.
