Summary of the Profile
The aim of the programme is to train a high quality car body repairer able to compete in the labour market. After the completion of the program, the car body repairer will be able to work in all kinds of car maintenance and repair stations and also in specialised car body repairing, painting and maintenance enterprises. The vocational training institution should create suitable training and learning conditions that guarantee the competences, necessary for various work activities of the car body repairer. They are as follows: car body diagnostics, repair, painting, maintenance, repairing of windows and dents and anticorrosive body treatment. Modular programs schedule theoretical and practical training. The qualification of the car body repairer is granted to the apprentice who completed all training program and achieved the foreseen training aims. The level of the acquired vocational skills is determined according to the assessment results of knowledge and competences. This programme is intended for initial vocational education and training.
