Modular bread and pies baker curriculum is designed to prepare qualified bread and pies baker who is able to work in bakeries and confectionaries. This programme is intended for continuing vocational education and training. The curriculum contains 3 compulsory modules: Choosing and preparation of food products and ingredients; Making bread products; Making pie products. During the evaluation of person‘s qualification, the graduator will have to prepare ingredients, make bread and pies products. Other competencies are evaluated after each module. Persons who acquired bread and pies baker‘s qualification will be able to work in bakery.
