Description

Object of activities: maintenance and repair of automated manufacturing systems, maintenance of automation equipment and systems in the production plants, to control the status of devices. Typical work tools: diagrams, technical and technological drawings, testing and measuring equipment, installation and measurement tools, pneumatic and/ or electrical tools, safety devices. Typical working conditions: the premises of manufacturing, storage; also work at height, near the working electrical equipment. Additional information: graduates who have obtained the qualification of Mechatronics technician will be able to work in industrial plants using automatic equipment and systems, logic controllers. Competences of qualification:
1. Install and dismantle mechanical drives.
2. Eliminate minor faults in mechanical devices and their supporting structures.
3. Carry out preventive maintenance of the mechanical part of automatic production systems.
4. Install switching devices of automatic production systems.
5. Install electric motors, their control and protection devices.
6. Carry out preventive maintenance of switching, automatic control and protection devices.
7. Install electronic devices in production systems.
8. Install individual electronic components and sensors in production systems.
9. Perform check-up of electronic devices and sensors.
10. Install pneumatic and electropneumatic equipment of production systems.
11. Install hydraulic and electro-hydraulic equipment of production systems.
12. Carry out check-up of pneumatic and hydraulic production equipment and systems.
13. Install production system controllers and other programmable devices.
14. Program automatic control devices of production systems.
15. Carry out check-up of automatic control devices of production systems.
