Description

Object of activities: manufacture of various food products.
Typical work tools: technical meat cutting equipment, autoclave, control measuring devices, scales, stationary boilers, intensive cooling and production storage chambers, smoking chambers, drying chambers, ovens, dough mixing, kneading, dividing, forming, maturing (raising) equipment, baking equipment, milk tanning tanks, butter beaters, milk separators, cheese presses, cheese maturing chambers, etc.
Typical working conditions: working indoors, characterized by individual and team work.
Additional information: the food industry worker follows the requirements of occupational safety and health, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, fire safety, and environmental protection. He carries out the work in accordance with the instructions of a higher-skilled employee, who supervises the quality of the work. Qualified individuals will be able to work in fresh meat and fish, oil pressing, milk making, dairy and cheese production, grain milling, bread baking, confectionery production, vegetable, fruit and berry processing and food industry companies.
