Description

Object of activities: bar customer service by serving bar products.
Typical work tools: cash register, beer dispenser, juicer, dishwasher, ice maker, refrigerator, whisk, knives, opener, corkscrew, glassware, weighing equipment, measuring instruments, liquid measuring containers, mechanical bar equipment, coffee makers, etc.
Typical working conditions: working indoors, near high temperature equipment, with electrical appliances; possible work in shifts.
Additional information: the bartender follows the requirements of occupational safety and health, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, fire safety and environmental protection. Qualified individuals will be able to work as bartenders in bars, cafes, restaurants and other catering establishments where bars are located.Competences of qualification:
1. Prepare bar for customers service.
2. Serve bar customers.
3. Make bar menu.
4. Prepare bar work and material assets accounting documents.
5. Prepare and serve hot beverages.
6. Prepare and serve mixed drinks and cocktails.
7. Dispense and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
8. Prepare and serve simple cold and hot snacks.
