Description
Object of activities: manufacture of bread and pies.
Typical work tools: various mechanical and automatic kitchen appliances and equipment, cooking tools, technology cards, cleaning products, etc.
Typical working conditions: working indoors, near high temperature equipment, with electrical appliances; possible work in shifts.
Additional information: in its activities, the bread and pies products baker follows the requirements of occupational safety and health, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, fire safety and environmental protection, the Technical Regulation on the Description, Production and Presentation of Bread and Pies Pastries approved by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania in 2014. October 28 by order no. 3D-794 “On the Approval of the Technical Regulation on the Description, Production and Presentation of Bread and Pies Pastries and the Technical Regulation on the Description, Production and Presentation of Flour Confectionery Products”, healthy nutrition requirements. Qualified individuals will be able to work in bakeries, small cafes that sell bread and pies products made in their own company.

1. Prepare and clean working place.
2. Choose and prepare ingredients for making bread and pies.
3. Do technological operations of preparation ingredients.
4. Make wheat bread products.
5. Make rye, rye and wheat bread products.
6. Make yeast dough products.
7. Make simple pie products.
8. Make improved yeast pie products.
9. Make creams.
10. Form cream products.
11. Decorate cream products.
