Description

Object of activities: servicing clients in financial institutions. Typical work tools: computer, cellphone, scanner, printer, multifunction printer, money checking and counting device, data processing and office software, other office tools. Typical working conditions: workplace is stationed indoors, work is generally individual as well as teamwork based. Additional information: a person who has acquired this qualification will be able to work in municipal financial services, banks, insurance institutions, credit unions, business and other financial services institutions, state tax inspectorates, budget, public and private accounting institutions and organizations. Competences of qualification:
1. Provide financial services.
2. Serve customers using information and communication technologies.
3. Perform financial transactions in cash.
4. Execute payment orders submitted by the customer by transfer.
5. Manage customer‘s bank accounts.
6. Issue payment cards to customers.
7. Conclude an agreement for the use of electronic services.
8. Advise customers on the possibilities of using online banking.
9. Advise customers on credit products.
10. Conclude credit product agreements.
11. Advise clients on savings questions.
12. Conclude contracts for savings products.
13. Advise clients on insurance products.
14. Conclude insurance product contracts.
15. Manage primary accounting documents.
16. Register accounting data and fill in accounting registers.
