Description
Object of activities: parts machining by metal-cutting machine tools and deformation by machine tools, benchwork operations. Disassembly, repairs, assembly and installation of mechanisms, assemblies and units of different range of application, repairs of various metal structures, machines or other mechanisms. Typical work tools: metal-cutting machine tools, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic tools and devices, tools for benchwork, safety measures at work. Typical working conditions: work activities are carried out in manufacturing premises of industrial enterprises, in certain cases – under field conditions. Additional information: metalworker at his work follows the requirements of Safety, Hygiene and Health Protection at Work, Fire safety and Environmental safety and regulating documents for work activities. Individuals holding this qualification may have access to an employed activity in different industrial metal processing enterprises, vehicle maintenance and repairs enterprises. Competences of qualification:
1. Work in accordance with the technical documentation prepared for the production of parts.
2. Machining metal parts with a metal cutting machine.
3. Machining metal parts with deformation machines.
4. Locksmith parts by hand.
5. Locksmith parts with electric, accumulator, pneumatic and hydraulic means.
6. Disassemble mechanisms, assemblies and compounds.
7. Repair mechanisms, units, compounds and their parts.
8. Assemble mechanisms, assemblies, compounds and parts.
9. Install mechanisms, units and compounds in various technical objects.
