Description
A person who acquires the qualification of sales assistant must: - be able to accept and sort goods and products, check their quality, prepare them for sale and sell them to customers, use POS terminals and sales equipment, write invoices, complete cash-register documents, perform the accounting of money precisely and rapidly, and ensure the security of goods - know the characteristics of consumer goods, principles of customer service, and the basics of the use of sales equipment and IT - know at least one foreign language, and be able to work independently, diligently, and responsibly, and organise one’s work.
