Description
Object of activities: operation, collection, maintenance of drones weighing up to 300 g and from 300 g to 25 kg and processing of data obtained from drones.
Typical work tools: drones (fixed wing aircraft, multi-helicopter helicopter), computer and software, video and audio recording equipment, thermal imager, infrared camera, etc.
Typical working conditions: working outdoors and indoors, typical individual and team work.
Additional information: the drone pilot shall comply with the requirements of the legislation on occupational safety and health, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, fire safety, environmental protection and other activities. Qualified persons will be able to work in companies that use drones.
Competences of qualification:
1. Know the legal regulation of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania for drone flights.
2. Apply the provisions of applicable national and international requirements for the planning and execution of drone flights.
3. Select the drone and its equipment for different tasks.
4. Assemble, configure and calibrate drone components.
5. Check the operation of all drone controls and power plant.
6. Evaluate meteorological conditions and their impact on the flight of drone. 7. Operate the drone.
8. Maintain the drone.
9. Prepare drone video recording equipment.
10. Process video material obtained during the flight of drone.
Competences of the specialization “Use of drone in agriculture and forestry“:
1. Prepare the drone for use in agriculture and forestry.
2. Process land and forest inspection data obtained during the flight of the drone.
3. Prepare the drone for use in construction and inspection of engineering infrastructure objects.
4. Process inspection data of construction and engineering infrastructure objects obtained during the flight of the drone.
