Summary of the Profile

The current modular vocational training programme is intended to prepare a qualified professional who is able to apply regular and stage make-up. The programme consists of two obligatory modules: applying make-up and applying stage make-up. Also included in the programme are two optional modules: lash extension and body painting. Modular programmes include both theoretical and practical learning. During the assessment process, the following competences are assessed: to be able to select appropriate decorative make-up materials; to apply make-up; to select appropriate decorative stage make-up materials; to apply a variety of techniques of applying stage make-up. After the successful completion of this programme, a student may continue studying at the level 4 LTKS programme (cosmetics modular vocational training programme) or at institutions of further education in the fields of healthcare education or technological sciences.
