Description
A person who has acquired this qualification: identifies the quality of flour and ingredients by use of senses, performs primary processing of raw materials, prepares various types of dough, bakes different types of bread, sets the time for baking, decorates surfaces of baked products, packs baked and decorated products, identifies poor quality products that are not suitable for use and identifies and eliminates the causes, safely uses equipment and inventory, calculates products required to bake various types of bread, observes health and safety requirements, observes hygiene requirements for food processing institutions, economically uses energy and raw materials.
