Description

Object of activities: manufacture of simple technology bread and pies products.
Typical work tools: various mechanical and automatic kitchen appliances and equipment, cooking tools, technology cards, cleaning products, etc.
Typical working conditions: working indoors, near high temperature equipment, with electrical appliances; possible work in shifts.
Additional information: in its activities, the bread and pies products baker follows the requirements of occupational safety and health, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, fire safety and environmental protection, technical Regulation on the Description, Production and Presentation of Bread and Cake Pastries, approved by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania in 2014. October 28 by order no. 3D-794 “On the Approval of the Technical Regulation on the Description, Production and Presentation of Bread and Cake Pastries and the Technical Regulation on the Description, Production and Presentation of Flour Confectionery Products”, healthy nutrition requirements. Qualified individuals will be able to work in bakeries, small cafes or in their own companies.
