General Description:
Objective(s) of a study programme:
To prepare a Masters in Education, who will be able to organize innovative training methods and to apply an ICT-based training in every educational institution.
Learning outcomes:
1. The students will be able to apply OCT creatively in the process of learning and teaching and to assess their impact on the educational process adequately.
2. The students will be able to create technology based learning content to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process.
3. The students will be able to use and develop the potentials of ICT in order to initiate the fundamental changes in educational paradigms of the institution.
Activities of teaching and learning:
Academic lecture, problem teaching, analytical conversation, discussion, individual and/or group assignments, case study, situation modelling, visit, theoretical modeling, corners, project work, problem work, debates, scientific horizontal chronological, chronological analysis, visualization, words, Sanderson Bloom's revised taxonomy, concept maps, mutual learning, reflection, self-reflection, on-line support for students.
Methods of assessment of learning achievements:
Students’ achievements are assessed according to the continuous assessment system (10-point system or credit test): active participation, individual and group assignments, midterm tests, projects, research programmes, etc. All discipline/subject courses are completed with final examinations, except Scientific Research Practice and interim Master Thesis reports. The studies are completed with Master Thesis defense (assessed according to the10-point system).Personal understandings are assessing with SOLO taxonomy.

2 semester (Leadership in Teaching and Learning; Creating and Assessing Technologies Based Content; Management of the Modern Education Technologies; Master Thesis).
3 semester (Master Thesis; Scientific Research Practice of
