Description

Object of activities: hair cutting and dyeing, short-term haircut, hairstyle modeling.
Typical work tools: combs, scissors, hair clippers, hair clipper, razor, paint, paint palettes, hair extensions, ultrasonic devices, capsules, strands, strips, keratin stickers, tresses, etc.
Typical working conditions: indoor work, individual and team work.
Additional information: the hairdresser follows the Lithuanian hygiene standard HN 117: 2007 “Health safety requirements for beauty services”, approved by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania in 2007. August 1 by order No. V-633 “On the Approval of the Lithuanian Hygiene Standard HN 117: 2007 “Health Safety Requirements for Beauty Services”, the internal rules of the institution, occupational safety and health, ergonomics, public health safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements of national law. Qualified individuals will be able to provide hairdressing services individually or in beauty care companies.
Competences of qualification:
1. Perform hair care procedures.
2. Perform short hair combing.
3. Perform basic haircuts.
4. Lighten hair.
5. Dye hair with long-lasting hair dye.
6. Perform short-term hair curling and straightening.
7. Perform long-term hair curling and straightening.
8. Shape different hairstyles.
9. Decorate hairstyles.
Competences of the specialization "Hair Extensions":
1. Extend and thicken hair using hair extensions.
2. Take care of hair extensions.
