Description
Object of activities: installation of partitions, walls, ceilings and other structures from trim panels, building facades and interior decoration with various trim panels.
Typical work tools: personal protective equipment, finishing, glass, thermal insulation board cutting, grinding, fastening means, surfaces on which the boards are fastened, frame cutting, fastening tools, equipment and inventory, scaffolding, other lifting equipment.
Typical working conditions: working indoors of buildings and outdoors, having to work at high altitudes; the working environment may depend on weather conditions.
Additional information: finishes installer master follows the requirements of occupational safety and health, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, fire safety, environmental requirements, construction norms, other documents regulating the finishing installation work
and the principles of sustainable construction. The finishes installer master performs works that require especially high mastery, makes decisions in atypical situations not detailed in the project, improves work methods and technologies, organizes the work of subordinate, lower-skilled small group (brigade) employees, independently chooses ways and means of solving tasks, teaches lower-skilled employees, assess their competencies. After obtaining this qualification, individuals will be able to work in construction companies or carry out individual activities.Competences of qualification:
1. Organize preparation and cleaning of finishes installer workplace.
2. Read a working project of a construction.
3. Organize the work of facade finishes panel installation.
4. Organize the work of finishes panel installation inside.
5. Organize the work of framed and non-framed glass construction installation.
6. Install complex framed and non-framed glass constructions.
7. Organize and control the work of lower qualification of finishes installers.
8. Train finishes installers of lower qualification and assess their competences.
9. Make decisions for the actions in unforeseen situations.
