Description

Object of activities: mechanical machining of the parts using metal-cutting machine tools, parts deformation by deforming machines and benchwork operations. Disassembly, repairs, assembly and installation of mechanisms, assemblies and units of different range of application, repairs of various metal structures, machines or other mechanisms. Typical work tools: metal-cutting machine tools, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic tools and devices, tools for benchwork, measures for personal safety, databases. Typical work conditions: work activities are carried out in manufacturing premises, under certain cases - in field conditions. Additional information: metalworker in his work activities follows the requirements of Safety, Hygiene and Health Protection at Work, Fire safety and Environmental safety and documents regulating work activities. Individuals holding this qualification may have access to an employed activity in enterprises of metalworking industry, in vehicle maintenance and repairs enterprises or work as self-employed individual. Competences of qualification:
1. Work in accordance with the technical documentation prepared for the production of parts.
2. Machining metal parts with a metal cutting machine and plastically deform them.
3. Locksmith parts by hand.
4. Locksmith parts with electric, accumulator, pneumatic and hydraulic means.
5. Disassemble mechanisms, assemblies, compounds and their parts.
6. Repair mechanisms, units, compounds and their parts.
7. Assemble mechanisms, units, compounds and parts.
8. Install mechanisms, units and compounds into various technical objects.
9. Check the quality of assembled and / or installed mechanisms, units and assemblies.
