Description
Object of activities: support of computer networks and network services.
Typical work tools: software and hardware, diagnostic programs, testing tools.

Additional information: the computer network support technician follows the requirements of occupational safety and health, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, fire safety and environmental protection. Qualified individuals will be able to work in business enterprises of the information and communication technology sector, in the information technology departments of organizations of other sectors.
Competences of qualification:
1. Carry out computer network design processes.
2. Identify potential critical failures of computer network components.
3. Administer problem management by balancing costs and risks.
4. Eliminate failures of information and communication technology systems or their components.
5. Install, uninstall, and / or combine hardware and / or software and related connectors.
6. Investigate typical suspected attacks.
7. Manage typical security incidents.
8. Manage changes related to the implementation of information and communications technology solutions.
9. Manage changes related to oversight of ICT solutions.
