Description
A person who has acquired this qualification: know the laws regulating the economic and commercial activity of companies and organizations and has basic knowledge of labour laws, has basic filing skills, knows the basics of management and marketing, knows requirements for the selection of employees, knows the rules of communication, business meetings, and business etiquette, is computer literate, handles a company's documentation and prepares the paperwork a company uses to organize its affairs, uses modern communication devices and other office machines, organizes telephone conversations inside and outside the office, receives visitors and guests, knows Lithuanian and at least one foreign language and is able to write business letters, plans a workplace, carries out the initial selection of potential employees and administers the personal files of employees.
