Future lawyers study philosophy, foreign language as their working language, psychology, theory of economics, political science, theory of law, Lithuanian law enforcement institutions, history of Lithuanian law, law IT, criminal law, criminal procedure law, penitentiary law, fundamentals of penitentiary activities in correctional establishments, management of correctional institutions, prevention of crises and infringements by inmates, crime prevention, etc.
Practicing takes place in closed correctional institutions and correctional inspectorates. The duration of practical studies is 12 weeks. They consolidate and develop the skills of drafting legal documents, communication with offenders, etc.
