General Description:
Objective(s) of a study programme:
To prepare international business professionals capable of establishing and managing a company, conducting market research, carrying out business activities, managing changes, organizing the purchase and sale of goods, ensuring operational quality, understanding the specifics of international business, competing in both Lithuanian and international markets, managing information, analyzing and solving contemporary business challenges, and responding to changes in the international market.

Learning outcomes:
A1. Apply international business management principles and the latest international business management theories in practical activities.
A2. Harmoniously apply the foundations of social, humanitarian, and other sciences in the creation and management of international business.
B1. Critically apply methods of data collection, systematisation, analysis, and summarisation using knowledge from social, humanitarian, technological, and other sciences.
B2. Utilise modern information technologies, apply quantitative and qualitative research methods, and gather information to solve international business creation and management problems in a dynamic business environment.
C1. Collect, summarise, systematise, and analyse organisational performance data, assess business performance results, and provide recommendations for business management and improvement in a changing business environment.
C2. Plan, organise, and conduct business environment research, select technological, organisational, and methodological tools, analyse international organisational activities, and identify ways to improve them.
C3. Independently apply knowledge based on social, humanitarian, technological, and other sciences to manage and enhance international business processes.
D1. Be able to communicate with business partners in addressing international business creation, management, and development challenges, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and collaborate in an intercultural environment.

Students choose from the list of freely elective courses offered by Institution. The total number of credits for freely elective courses is 10 ECTS.

Possibility to obtain an additional Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in International Business (Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, Finland) or a Bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing (Public International Business College Mitrovica, Kosovo).

Graduates will be able to work in the marketing, sales, or logistics departments of Lithuanian and international companies, manage businesses or their departments, and establish their own companies.
