Future tourism and hotel administrators study organisation of work of tourism companies, methods of conducting excursions, work organisation in hotels, organisation of customer services, computer programmes for hotel services, organisation of events, quality of food products, management of purchases, equipment used in food service companies, hygiene, nutrition, consumer’s behaviour, etc.
Practical studies are conducted in two stages: business organisation and final practice. The duration of practical studies is 20 weeks. During studies, the skills required to administer hotels, organise tourists’ accommodation and food services, prepare food, organise receptions and events, etc., are consolidated and improved.
The study programme for tourism and hotel administration is designed for people who have secondary general education and aspire to be tourism and hotel administrators.
