Future bachelors of water engineering study hydraulic structures, hydraulic machinery and hydroelectric powers stations, drainage and irrigation, construction materials and building design, engineering structures, etc.
Students perform practical training of basics in geodesy, practical training in engineering hydrology and engineering hydrogeology, and professional practical training. During practical training, students use their theoretical knowledge to carry out engineering research in training objects. During professional practical training, students familiarize themselves with specifics, management, structure of an industrial base and work organization in water enterprises, activity planning of enterprises, construction of objects, finance system of enterprises, construction technologies, marketing and management of resources, organization of tenders, etc. The duration of practical studies is 400 hours.
