Summary of the Profile

Students of power engineering are studying basic university sciences: philosophy, basics of economy and law, administration, foreign languages; basics of engineering: mathematics, physics, chemistry, information technologies, graphics, electrotechnics, mechanics, thermodynamics, electronics, power energetics and professional sciences: metrology and measuring systems, electric machines and drives, electrical lighting systems, electrotechnologies, power systems, renewable energy, heat energy, design of energy systems, etc.
Practical training is organized in two stages: technological and engineering design. Technological practical training is intended for familiarization with biological systems, energy equipment, energy systems and improvement of industrial skills. Engineering design practical training is intended for familiarization with organization of industrial work and development of design and construction skills. The duration of practical studies is 360 hours.
The study programme for agricultural power engineering is intended for persons who have obtained secondary education.
