Summary of the Profile

In theoretical classes, future poultry farmers are acquainted with the basics of poultry farming, raising broilers and laying hens, turkeys, etc.
Practical training takes place on a broiler farm and in a feed shop, a slaughter house, and an incubator. The duration of practical training is 3.2 weeks. Raising and slaughtering poultry and other skills are reinforced and improved during the practical training.
To enrol in the training programme for poultry farmers, a person must be at least 18 years of age.
