General Description:
Objective(s) of a study programme:
To prepare Bachelors of Business Management who would have integrated knowledge of business management and knowledge related to other professional activity and be able to apply general and special abilities of business planning, organising, coordination and implementation in the private and public sector and to use them constructively in wide range of professional activity, to create and develop business, to be prepared for constant improvement through lifelong learning
Learning outcomes:
Knowledge. The knowledge of business establishment, formation of organisational structure, coordination of the management content and functions, perspective evaluation, and will gain related knowledge of fundamental humanitarian, social (including philosophy, sociology) sciences, applied seeking to evaluate complexly and with systematic approach the external and internal factors of business and enterprises and to form offers to improve the problematic fields of business management.
Financial Management specialization's knowledge
The latest knowledge of financial management, applied seeking to make purposeful decisions of financial management, invoking possibilities of information and computer technologies.
Economics and Management of Enterprises specialization's knowledge
The knowledge of evaluation and management of enterprises activity's economical efficiency, applied seeking to execute the analysis of enterprise economical activity, form and implement enterprise activity and development purposes.
Information Business Management specialization's knowledge
The knowledge of information services, data flows and information management systems appliance, applied seeking to make and implement decisions of information business, considering the particularity of information business external environment and internal factors and peculiarities of e-marketing decisions in the information business.
Marketing specialization's knowledge
The knowledge of modern marketing management, applied seeking to organise and administrate marketing activity, considering the experience of progressive marketing management and marketing innovation development.
Business Environment Management specialization's knowledge
The knowledge of business environment content management, applied seeking to make business sustainable development decisions to purchase competitive advantages in local and international markets.

The knowledge of business projects preparation, evaluation and management, applied seeking to make projects management and investment decisions, considering the risk and uncertainty, applying modern quantitative and qualitative methods invoking information systems.

1. The ability to collect data and analyse processes in organisations and their environment seeking to identify problems of business management and to form alternatives of problems solutions, to choose the ways of solving business management problems to accomplish raised tasks.
2. The ability to choose proper qualitative and quantitative research methods to make business environment researches, to summarise the results of research, to give possible solutions, seeking to adapt to the dynamic changes of business environment.
Special skills. The ability to plan, organise and pursue researches of business environment to make competitive decisions and to arrange business development plans to improve the activity of organisation considering the provided objectives, results of analysis, critical thinking and invoking innovative and global approach. The ability to choose independently the complex technological, organisational and methodical means seeking to analyse enterprise functional activity and highlight its improvement ways.

Financial Management specialization's special skills. The ability to use means of financial and economical analysis to evaluate the fields of enterprise financial potential and to form and supply the adequate environment to invest profitably possessed resources with necessary instruments.
Economics and Management of Enterprises specialization's special skills. The ability to use systemic approach, systemic analysis and synthesis, alternative comparison to analyse, forecast and plan economical processes, to improve business management system and its subsystems using modern information technologies.
Information Business Management specialization's special skills. The ability to develop an information business, applying modern information and communication technologies, to organise information management systems implementation, adaptation, optimization plans (projects) for both business and public sector organisations, to evaluate e-marketing alternatives, to implement e-marketing solutions which create competitive advantage of enterprises in the information age.
Marketing specialization's special skills. The ability to apply modern methods of market analysis and forecasting, to accomplish integrated situation researches in national and international markets, to prepare managerial decisions for marketing, its activity's organisation and implementation, ensuring business efficiency.
Business Environment Management specialization's special skills. The ability to apply modern management methods and models to analyse and optimise the enterprise's relations with customers, suppliers, dealers and other business partners, to assess the enterprise's competitive position, to form its competitive profile and distinguish competitive advantages, to integrate management decisions in the harmonious whole under sustainable development.
Business Projects Management specialization's special skills. The ability to apply various methodologies preparing projects and evaluating integrated (financial, economical, social) efficiency and risk, also to apply information systems for preparation and evaluation of projects, to form and supply enterprises with necessary instruments seeking for optimal investment decisions.
Social skills. The ability to convey written and oral ideas, information, problems and possible solutions under conditions of complex and diverse activity seeking to communicate effectively with specialists and other people to solve business management tasks, to assume responsibility for personal and subordinate employees' activity quality and its evaluation following professional ethics and public spirit.
Personal skills. The ability to improve and develop independently professional competence through lifelong learning, implementing various project activities, based on creativity, self-expression, innovation, solving the business management tasks in dynamic environment.
Activities of teaching and learning:
The student-oriented activities are planned according to the target knowledge and resultsatus of study program. The individual work (study literature analysis, systematization, compilation of a bibliographic list, analysis of a scientific article, work with databases, calculation and analysis of data, individual projects) or group activities (method of cooperation , concept and mind maps, debates, preparation of stencil reports, writing and / or presentation of reviews, team projects) teaching and learning methods are selected respectively for emphasizing the work of student or the teacher (lectures, reflections, interactive lectures) and leadership (mixed learning, problem-based training, prototyping), practical skills formation (sightseeing, guest's lecture, simulation, case study, problem-solving).
Methods of assessment of learning achievements:
Control works (with closed and / or open-ended questions); tests, computerized assessment tasks, thought cards, essay, colloquium (open theoretical questions), presentation of the research report in writing (or oral), report, laboratory work, defense of the coursework, final thesis (project) and its defense, written work (analysis of scientific literature), presentation of a stand announcement, presentation of a group report, peer review, presentation of the project, analysis of scientific articles, presentation of research, exam (open and closed type tasks).
