General Description:
Objective(s) of a study programme:
Aim of the study program — prepare a
highly skilled creative service design
specialist who: understands the necessary
design, visual principles, stages, based on
cultural, art and designhistorical
development knowledge, current issues
and possible future development trends;
able to analyze and reflect on locales
and global social, cultural and design
context contexts and phenomena; able
to justify design experiments; designing
a design strategy, designing an
innovation and / or process and / or
service;capable of enabling design as a
tool for formulating and solving various
problems; ble to organize and manage the
creative process in a national and
international context, work in
interdisciplinary teams, apply recruiting
skills, taking into account the needs of
society and assuming responsibility for
professional performance; capable of
evaluating and communicating the results
of their professional activities, to selfimprovement.

A1. Understanding the design theory,
trends, principles, concepts, expressions
and practically applies these knowledge
to the development of creative creative
services; The ability to reflect locals and
global social, cultural and design

environment related to the future
professional activity, ability to work in
them, preparing creative industry
projects.
B1. Ability to collect and analyze
design data and other field research data
to identify specific and complex
problems; to substantiate the possible
added value of the research, formulate
the conclusions of the research.

targeted users of the service and assess
their needs.
B3. Ability to professionally prepare a
research report, visualizing the research
process, presenting and evaluating the
expected service scenarios.
C1. Ability to base design experiments;
designing a design strategy, designing
innovation and / or process and / or
service, realizing all stages of the design
process required to achieve the results.

challenges of creative projects, the
ability to combine art, culture and

Activities of teaching and learning:
Learning outcomes-based graphic
design studios in teaching and learning
activities are focused on student selfexpression, independent and life-long
learning. The study process introduces
innovative methods of study
organization and activity. The study
process is realized by combining
different forms of teaching and learning
(lectures, seminars, practical
assignments, project work, exhibitions,
discussions, team work, individual work
independent work, presentation
interview, stuation analysis, analysis of
documents, analogues, literature
sources, reflection). Studies focus on
the implementation of communication
and cooperation, independent work,
teamwork, critical thinking and creative
thinking.

Design Studies Program and having a
professional Bachelor of Arts Degree in

acquired knowledge and skills in their

various creative industries,design
studios, creative advertising agencies,
design and advertising studiosand other
similar fields, professionally present
