General Description:
Objective(s) of a study programme:
To train international business specialists, able to set up an enterprise, run it, research the market, execute business, manage changes, organise goods purchasing and sales, ensure performance quality, with knowledge of international business particulars, able to compete in Lithuanian and international markets, manage information, analyse and solve contemporary business problems and respond to international market changes.

Assess business environment.
Apply management principles to international business.
Set up an enterprise and manage it.
Organise sales, applying proper marketing tools.
Organise logistics process at an international enterprise. Communicate with business partners, communicate and cooperate in intercultural environment.
Manage financial, material resources and changes.

Creativity technique “creative platform”, case studies, discussions, interactive lectures, seminars, situation modelling, individual work, individual and group assignments, literature studies, comparative analysis, simulation, advanced experience analysis, reflections, project development.

After completion of International Business study programme graduates are employed as marketing and sales managers or assistants of managers in local or international business companies.
