General Description:
Objective(s) of a study programme:
This programme will provide knowledge and practical skills necessary for a successful career in multinational corporations. Program has been designed by taking account of global business trends such as globalization, the multicultural character of business teams, the growing importance of communication within and outside the company. Broad thinking and a good understanding of the business environment is one of the most desired features of a manager or specialist.
Learning outcomes:
Upon successful completion of International Business and Communication programme students are able:
To show a solid understanding of international market mechanisms;
To demonstrate sufficient knowledge about the impact of economic, social and environmental factors on the development of international business;
To outline and apply communication theories in the context of international business;
To conduct an environmental scan to identify possible opportunities in business;
To individually produce basic quantitative and qualitative research for academic and professional purposes;
To explain how global economic integration affects business expansion abroad;
To design, communicate and present an international business plan;
To apply ethical principles in academic and professional environment.
To communicate and to work effectively in the intercultural and interdisciplinary teams.
To apply systematic, critical and constructive thinking in problem solving.
To use personal and inter-personal skills for effective communication with professional and other audiences.

Distinctive features of a study programme:
1. Programme is delivered in English.
2. Students of this program can participate in exchange programs and they have an ability to choose from 51 partner university in Europe, Asia, North America and Australia. 3. Students can go to four universities with double degree programs, including: BI Norwegian Business School (Norway), INSEEC Bordeaux (France), Linnaeus University (Sweden) and KEDGE Business School (France).
4. As a part of the program, students are allowed to conduct an international internship abroad.

Access to professional activity:
The program prepares professional, versatile executives and professionals capable of working in a dynamic international environment. Graduates of the program can choose careers in multinational companies in areas such as communications, public relations, sales, HR or project manager.

Students will be able to continue their studies in Master programmes.
